Prooflane keeps evidence scoped to the lane.

Prooflane is operated by Adore LLC. This notice explains how account, organization, event, evidence, decision, and audit data are handled in the product.

Workspace records

Prooflane stores account identity, organization settings, onboarding answers, verification flow configuration, API events, hosted form responses, decisions, and audit logs.

Excluded data by default

Prooflane does not collect government ID images, biometric data, Social Security numbers, bank data, card data, third-party passwords, or raw device fingerprints by default.

Consent and retention

Subject forms show why evidence is requested and require consent. Retention defaults are configurable in settings for the active workspace.
